Mike Barry
Mike began his career in the commercial interiors industry almost 20 years ago. The Michigan native enjoyed a successful journey working at the dealer level and for a large flooring manufacturer, but he realized life is short and he wanted to follow his heart. In 2014, Mike bravely launched his own sales agency in the industry he not only knows, but loves. Mike strives each day to connect his clients to the quality products he represents. His passion brings a friendly, professional and personal approach to each and every project.
Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends. He can often be found attending Michigan State Spartan sporting events or exploring all the great new things the city of Detroit has to offer. He also loves to spend as much time as possible with his energetic business partner, Bear.

Bear
Bear's awesome personality and smile make him an important asset to Barry & Bear. No matter the job at hand, Bear puts his best paws forward to make sure we are all on top of our game. He is always ready for a challenge, and will always be there with a wag of his tail. Bear is also a facebook and instagram star, so go ahead and follow our pages!
Ritch Weaver
Ritch brings over 25 years of commercial furnishings knowledge and professionalism to Barry & Bear, LLC. His customer-focused approach will fit right in with our clients in the Hospitality and Senior Living markets. Ritch has worked with clients of all sizes and markets, from big business to small start-ups, colleges and universities, state & federal government projects. Ritch is excited to provide the same level of service, effort, and energy to his clients in the hospitality and senior living fields. Ritch lives in Farmington Hills, with his wife Karen, and daughter Marissa. The family has a Black Cat, Pepper, and a Dog named Izzy!

Doug Shantz

A Harbor Springs Resident, Doug brings many years of industry knowledge from his time in commercial Textile, and Acoustical products segment. He has based his success on next day at the latest responses, proper follow up, and building great long-term relationships.
